If you want to visit Singapore as a tourist, you will need to comply with some entry rules such as a Singapore tourist visa. A Singaporean visitor visa is not an immigration pass. Eligibility criteria for the Singapore travel visa.

To obtain a tourist visa from Singapore, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must have a valid passport
• You must have a valid passport for at least six months.
• You must carry a copy of your completed visa application form (Form 14A)

• If you provide evidence of having tickets for a subsequent trip, you must prove that you have obtained entry facilities at your subsequent destination, for example a visa.
• You must provide proof of your financial ability to meet your financial needs throughout your stay in Singapore and for return transportation.
• You need to be physically and mentally healthy and free from any kind of communicable diseases.
• It is your intention to depart Singapore at the end of your authorized stay.

• Download the Singapore Tourist Visa Form online, fill it in and sign it.
• Check that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Singapore.
• Book a confirmed return flight and keep an itinerary on hand.
• Prepare a cover letter to the Singapore Embassy or Consulate General for the purpose and dates of travel.
• Get a leave letter from your organization on their letterhead.
• Make sure all documentation is in English.
• If you currently reside at an address other than that indicated in the passport, attach proof of residence.
• If you are visiting Singapore for the first time, then you need to attach income tax papers of the last 3 years and a bank statement of the last 3 months.
